By morning, depart Dar es Salaam, flying to Ruaha National Park to Msembe Airstrip. On arrival at Msembe Airstrip, you will be met by a guide from Ruaha River Lodge. Before heading on a game drive en route to Ruaha River Lodge, a brief introduction to the surrounding area. Once at the lodge, you will have the opportunity to relax and familiarise yourself.

In the afternoon, you have the opportunity to head out on an afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle. Then, as evening approaches, it's time to return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Deliciously morning breakfast, followed by options for a full day of game drives with picnic lunches or a relaxed lunch in camp with an afternoon game drive. Regardless of sharing vehicles on a Game Package basis, the lodge will do everything to ensure that your ideal structure is met.

 Ruaha is the second-largest park and the second-largest elephant sanctuary in Tanzania. The wide variety of animals that inhabit the park includes greater and lesser kudus, cheetahs, lions, roan and sable antelopes. As a result, Ruaha is an ideal place for spotting wilderness and scenic beauty.

After breakfast, pack your bags and say your farewells as you depart for Msembe Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Dar es Salaam Airport. Wave goodbye to Ruaha and enjoy an en-route game drive to the airstrip.
